D Latitude Pharmacy Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Shop No. 1, Plot No. 16, Behind Medicity Hospital, Islampur Colony, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001, India (“D Latitude Pharmacy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), owns and operates the website www.dlatitudepharmacy.com (“Website”). This Return and Refund Policy govern the return and refund of products purchased by users (“User”, “you”, “your”) through the Website.

By accessing or using the Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy along with the Terms and Conditions available on the Website. If you do not agree with this Policy, you are advised not to place any order.

1. Applicability of the Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases of products made through the Website. D Latitude Pharmacy reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Return Policy

We strive to ensure that all products are delivered in accordance with your order and in proper condition. However, a return request may be initiated if any of the following issues are identified:

  • The order is incomplete
  • The product received is expired
  • The product is damaged
  • The incorrect product has been delivered
  • The doctor has changed the prescription
  • In the unfortunate event of the death of the patient

The User must notify D Latitude Pharmacy within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product to be eligible for a return. Failure to notify within this period shall result in rejection of the return request, and D Latitude Pharmacy shall not be liable thereafter.

It is the User’s responsibility to verify whether a product is returnable or non-returnable before placing an order. Non-refundable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Return Exceptions

Returns, replacements, or exchanges are not permitted for the following categories:

  • Injections
  • Health Monitors and Medical Equipment
  • Orthopedic Support Products

Additionally, products explicitly marked on the product page as “Non-Returnable” or “Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange” shall not be accepted for return under any circumstances. D Latitude Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this Policy.

4. Refund Policy

D Latitude Pharmacy shall process refunds in accordance with the following conditions:

A full refund may be issued if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is lost or damaged during transit
  • The product received has crossed its expiry date

If a return request is made for reasons attributable to the User, D Latitude Pharmacy may, at its sole discretion, accept the request subject to the deduction of a restocking fee. The applicable refund amount shall be calculated after adjusting the restocking fee. The restocking fee may be revised by D Latitude Pharmacy from time to time without prior notice.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering shall not be eligible for refund.

5. Mode and Timeline of Refund

Refunds shall be processed using the original mode of payment or any other method deemed appropriate by D Latitude Pharmacy.

  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in the User’s account, depending on the bank’s processing timelines.
  • Wallet refunds, if applicable, shall be credited within 24 hours.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, Users must contact D Latitude Pharmacy by emailing hello@dlatitudepharmacy.com or calling +91 7557293293 to initiate a refund request. Refunds may be processed either to the User’s wallet or directly to the User’s bank account upon submission of valid bank details.

Any unused wallet balance at the time of account deactivation shall be transferred back to the User’s registered bank account.

7. Direct Bank Refunds

D Latitude Pharmacy shall directly refund the amount to the User’s bank account in cases including but not limited to:

  • Excess charges collected from the User
  • Any other scenario where the amount rightfully belongs to the User

Refunds shall be processed to the original payment source unless otherwise specified.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, Users must email the order details along with the reason for the refund to hello@dlatitudepharmacy.com. User feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our services continuously.
