Cancellation Policy – D Latitude Pharmacy
This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of product orders and service bookings made on the D Latitude Pharmacy Website. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Product Order Cancellation
Users may cancel a product order only before the order is marked as “Out for Delivery.” Once a cancellation request is received within the permitted timeframe, the order shall be canceled immediately, and the refund shall be processed as per the Refund Policy.
Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be canceled.
2. Service and Appointment Cancellation
The Website functions as a platform to connect Users with doctors and registered medical practitioners. Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, the relevant medical practitioner is notified to provide the consultation at the agreed date, time, mode, and location.
D Latitude Pharmacy shall not be liable for any deficiency, delay, or cancellation of services due to the unavailability of the doctor or medical practitioner.
Once an appointment is confirmed, no refund shall be issued in the event of cancellation by the User.
However, in exceptional circumstances, D Latitude Pharmacy may, at its sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund if:
- The doctor or registered medical practitioner becomes unavailable, or
- An alternative medical practitioner is arranged
The decision of D Latitude Pharmacy in such cases shall be final and binding.
