1. GENERAL
1.1 D Latitude Pharmacy Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at Shop No. 1, Plot No. 16, Behind Medicity Hospital, Islampur Colony, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001 (“D Latitude Pharmacy”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), owns, manages, and operates an online marketplace available at www.dlatitudepharmacy.com under the brand name D Latitude Pharmacy (“Platform”). The Platform enables independent vendors to offer products and/or services for sale and allows users (“User”, “Users”, “you” or “your”) to purchase such products and/or services.
1.2 This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”), read together with the Terms and Conditions available at https://dlatitudepharmacy.com/terms-and-conditions, governs the shipping, dispatch, and delivery of products purchased on the Platform.
1.3 We offer shipping and delivery services across India through reputed logistics service providers to ensure a seamless customer experience. While we make all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delivery timelines are subject to logistical and external factors beyond our control.
1.4 By accessing the Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Policy without modification. Users are advised to review this Policy carefully before transacting on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to access or use the Platform.
2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 Logistics and Dispatch
We engage third-party logistics service providers (“Logistics Partners”) for shipping and delivery of products. Upon successful processing of your order and handover of the product to the Logistics Partner, relevant details including the name of the Logistics Partner and tracking information shall be shared with you.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of placement, subject to availability and operational constraints. An estimated delivery timeline will be displayed at the time of order confirmation and communicated via registered email address and/or mobile number. We reserve the right to deliver products directly without engaging third-party Logistics Partners.
2.2 Delivery Charges

Note: The above delivery charges apply to all orders placed on the Platform.
2.3 Serviceable Locations
While we strive to deliver across India, certain locations may be deemed unserviceable due to logistical constraints. Orders placed for unserviceable pin codes may not be processed. Users will be notified at the time of order placement if delivery is unavailable to their location. Serviceability may also be checked by entering the relevant pin code on the Platform.
2.4 User Information and Responsibility
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, users must provide complete and accurate information including name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. D Latitude Pharmacy shall not be liable for delivery failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user. Any such failure shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
2.5 Delivery Attempts and Non-Availability
In case the user is unavailable to receive the delivery, our Logistics Partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts over three (3) consecutive days. If delivery remains unsuccessful after the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate return of the product. Shipping and delivery charges incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
2.6 Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including but not limited to:
- Logistical or operational challenges
- Adverse weather conditions
- Political disturbances, strikes, or governmental restrictions
- Natural calamities or Acts of God
- Other unforeseeable events beyond our control
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. However, we disclaim any liability for delays and shall not be obligated to provide compensation for such delays.
2.7 Conduct of Delivery Personnel
While we engage professional Logistics Partners, we do not have direct control over individual delivery personnel. D Latitude Pharmacy shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of delivery personnel, including service deficiencies, delays, misconduct, or package handling issues. Any disputes between users and delivery personnel must be resolved independently by the user.
2.8 Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, users will receive a unique tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the Platform or the Logistics Partner’s website/app. While we coordinate with Logistics Partners to ensure accurate tracking, we do not guarantee real-time accuracy due to technical or operational limitations.
2.9 Shipping Fees, Risk, and Title
Shipping charges may vary based on order value, product type, delivery location, and payment method. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable except in cases where defective, damaged, or incorrect products are delivered and such claims are accepted by us after verification. Ownership and risk in the products pass to the user upon successful delivery.
2.10 Returns and Reverse Logistics
Returns are facilitated through reverse logistics partners in accordance with our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Upon acceptance of a return request, arrangements will be made to collect the product from the user.

4. CONSOLIDATED SHIPMENT CASHBACK PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 Program Overview
D Latitude Pharmacy offers a promotional Consolidated Shipment Cashback Program, wherein customers placing prepaid orders and opting for consolidated shipment may receive cashback, subject to these terms.
Cashback is credited as ‘NMS Cash’ to the user’s wallet after expiry of the return window and is valid for 90 days or such period as determined by D Latitude Pharmacy.
Cashback is not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders or for orders with partial or full returns.
4.2 Eligible Products
The program applies to pharmaceutical, wellness, personal care products, and instruments, excluding consultation and diagnostic services.
4.3 Cashback Credit and Usage
A fixed cashback of ₹20 will be credited as NMS Cash after the return period. Cashback may be used for future eligible purchases on the Platform only.
4.4 Offer Rules
- Applicable across India
- Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
- Expires automatically after validity period
- Cannot be used outside the Platform
- Any return disqualifies cashback eligibility
- D Latitude Pharmacy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the program
4.5 Refunds
Refunds, if any, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy available at https://dlatitudepharmacy.com/return-refund-and-cancellation-policy
4.6 Acceptance
Participation in the Cashback Program constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms along with the Platform’s Terms and Conditions.
4.7 Privacy
All personal information collected shall be governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://dlatitudepharmacy.com/privacy-policy
4.8 Limitation of Liability
D Latitude Pharmacy shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Cashback Program. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the cashback provided.
4.9 Amendments
D Latitude Pharmacy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Cashback Program or these terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4.10 Disqualification
Users engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative practices may be disqualified from the program.
4.11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
4.12 Other Terms
This Cashback Program is subject to the general Terms and Conditions of D Latitude Pharmacy, acceptance of which is deemed upon purchase.
