The website www.dlatitudepharmacy.com, along with its corresponding mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”, “Website”, “App”, “D Latitude Pharmacy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), is owned, managed, and operated by D Latitude Pharmacy Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Shop No. 1, Plot No. 16, Behind Medicity Hospital, Islampur Colony, Sector 38, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between D Latitude Pharmacy Private Limited and any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform in any manner (“you”, “your”, or “User”).
The Platform facilitates the online purchase of pharmaceutical products, including prescription medicines and over-the-counter drugs, sold through our duly licensed pharmacy premises (“Products”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Your use of the Platform, Products, services, offers, or promotions may also be subject to additional terms, policies, or guidelines (“Additional Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall prevail to the extent applicable.

Only individuals who are legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, i.e., persons who are at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and not otherwise disqualified by law, are permitted to use the Platform.
PART A: TERMS FOR USE OF THE PLATFORM
1. General
Your access to or use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms along with all policies published on the Platform, which together constitute a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, which may include your name, gender, mobile number, and other relevant details. Your login credentials collectively constitute your Account Information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account Information and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach and ensure that you log out after each session. D Latitude Pharmacy shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
We reserve the right to monitor accounts for fraudulent activity and may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, or initiate legal action in cases of misuse, multiple fraudulent accounts, or abuse of promotional benefits.
3. Communications and Opt-Out
Upon registration, you consent to receive transactional, service-related, and promotional communications via SMS, email, phone calls, or other electronic means. While we endeavor to ensure timely communications, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
You may opt out of marketing or promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such messages.
4. User Representations and Restrictions
You represent and warrant that all information provided by you is true, accurate, and lawful, and that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and policies. Any false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You shall not engage in activities that disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functioning of the Platform or violate the rights of others, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, introducing malware, impersonation, spamming, or posting unlawful or offensive content.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of Product descriptions, visuals, pricing, or third-party services. Manufacturers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws governing the manufacture and labeling of Products.
The Platform may facilitate access to third-party healthcare or diagnostic services. Any interaction or transaction with such third parties is solely between you and the respective service provider, and we disclaim all liability arising therefrom.
7. Prescription Medication Policy
Prescription medicines may be purchased only upon submission of a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. Orders will not be processed until the prescription is verified by a registered pharmacist. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the prescription is invalid, incomplete, or non-compliant.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the exclusive property of D Latitude Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. License to Use and User Content

PART B: TERMS OF SALE
11. Order and Contract Formation
Product listings constitute an invitation to offer. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted only upon dispatch of the Product and issuance of a shipment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders prior to dispatch.
12. Returns and Refunds
All returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, available on the Platform.
13. Product Availability
Product availability is subject to stock. Dispatch timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
14. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, and the price applicable at checkout shall be final.
